Shipping & Delivery

This page explains delivery for physical books, collections and accessories purchased from Caelum Books. The shipping methods offered for your address, along with their prices, appear at checkout before you place an order.
Where we deliver
Our current checkout provides shipping for eligible addresses in the United States. International shipping is not offered through the standard checkout. If you are outside the United States, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can arrange delivery and provide a separate quote. The rates and estimates below apply to the US shipping options, not to an unconfirmed international request. Where an international shipment is separately agreed, the recipient is responsible for applicable import duties and taxes.
Delivery options and processing
- Standard shipping: no shipping charge, with an estimated total delivery period of 6–8 business days.
- Faster Shipping: $11.99, with an estimated total delivery period of 4–5 business days, where available at checkout.
These estimates include our usual 1–2 business days of order processing; processing time is not added on top. For these estimates, business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Weather, carrier interruptions, an incomplete address or other delivery problems can affect arrival. If a delay within our control prevents the Faster Shipping timeframe, we will refund that shipping charge.
When an order cannot ship as planned
If we learn that we cannot send an order within the promised shipment period, we will tell you, give a revised shipping date where we can, and offer the choice to wait or cancel the unshipped part for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the affected items and refund the amount paid for them and any applicable shipping charges. We will not send a different edition or substitute product without your agreement.
Tracking your parcel
We provide shipment and tracking details when they are available. A new tracking number may take up to 48 hours to display the carrier’s first update. Keep your order number when asking us about a shipment. If tracking stops moving, the parcel is missing, or delivery information appears incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and discuss the appropriate next step.
Address corrections and delivery problems
Check your delivery address before submitting the order. Tell us about a correction immediately; a change may no longer be possible once preparation or dispatch has begun. If an incorrect address causes a parcel to be returned, we will explain any additional delivery charge before arranging another shipment.
If a parcel arrives damaged or with an item missing, retain the packaging and contact us promptly with the order number and photographs where possible. Reporting the issue within 48 hours helps an investigation, but this is a preferred reporting time, not a replacement for the 7-day return-request window or legal protections.
